Terms & Conditions of Justickfied

Welcome to Justickfied. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and purchase of our products, including stickers, apparel, and custom-designed items. By accessing our website or purchasing from Justickfied ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction & Agreement
By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with Justickfied, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices posted on our site. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
3. Products & Custom Orders
Standard products include pre-designed stickers and apparel.
Custom orders are produced based on designs, text, or images you provide.
Refund Policy for Custom Orders: Custom products are non-refundable except in cases of:
Printing mistakes
Damaged items upon arrival
Wrong item sent
Other issues, reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe and may include credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay/Klarna, and similar methods.
Full upfront payment is required before production and shipment of custom products.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally.
Standard shipping only (no expedited shipping currently offered).
Once orders leave our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
6. Returns & Refunds
Non-Custom Items: Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs:
Paid by Justickfied if the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
Paid by the customer for other reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind).
Custom Orders: No returns or refunds except under the exceptions in Section 3.
7. Intellectual Property
All Justickfied designs, logos, and artwork are protected by copyright and remain our property unless explicitly licensed for commercial use.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our products without permission.
8. Custom Artwork Upload Terms
Customers are solely responsible for any artwork, images, or text they upload for custom orders.
You may not upload content that:
Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights
Contains hate speech, offensive, or unlawful content
You agree to indemnify and hold Justickfied harmless from any legal claims arising from your uploaded content.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Slight color or print variations may occur due to screen display differences and printing processes. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund.
10. Privacy & Data Usage
We collect and use customer data (such as names, addresses, emails, and order details) to process orders, provide customer support, and send marketing communications if you opt in. For more details, please refer to our forthcoming Privacy Policy.
11. Marketing & Communications
By opting in at checkout or elsewhere, you agree to receive promotional emails or SMS messages.
You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in those communications.
12. Product Availability & Pricing
All prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ohio, USA.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
